Single-Passenger Residential Elevator
The PVE30 is the smallest residential elevator in the world, yet it is just as capable as other residential elevators that are much larger and much more expensive. The PVE30 elevator has a 350lb (159kg) lift capacity and is capable of up to 50 ft. (15m) of rise over as many as five stops. With a 30 inch outside diameter, it is small enough to fit in even the most modest-sized home. If you thought a home elevator was out of reach for you because of size constraints, this is the solution you have been looking for.
No pre-construction pit, hoist way or machine room required
This home lift was designed as a compact and cost-effective alternative to taking the stairs, and is ideal for townhouses and other tight areas where a traditional residential elevator wouldn’t even be a consideration. As the smallest of the three vacuum elevator models, it only requires a 32-inch finished through floor hole for the elevator cylinder (and you!) to pass through. Rather than requiring a large elevator shaft, this self-contained home elevator rests on the existing ground floor and provides a beautiful panoramic view as you travel from floor to floor within your home. During the ascent or descent, you will enjoy cool, ambient temperatures as a cabin fan circulates the air in the cabin and an LED light keeps the cabin lit.
Eco‐Friendly Residential Elevator
All that is needed to power this mighty elevator is 220V, 25 Amp, single phase service. This is roughly the same as what your washer and dryer use. From an environmental and cost-saving standpoint, the PVE30 draws the least amount of electricity out of all of all home elevator models. Just like the other models in our lineup, it does not even use electricity to descend. Residential Elevator – Two-Passenger
The PVE37 has paved the way for the rest of the pneumatic vacuum elevators lineup. The many features of this PVE37 home lift make it a great option if you want something more spacious than the PVE30, but do not have enough room or the need for the wheelchair-accessible PVE52. It measures 37 inches in outside diameter and 32 inches wide on the interior of the cabin. This air-driven residential elevator can safely carry two adults, or 450 lbs, up to as many as five stops or 50 feet in total rise. For an even more comfortable ride, you can opt to have a cabin seat installed for a single rider to sit on while being carried up to another floor.
Space-Saving Solution for Your Home
The compact PVE37 residential elevator is the perfect option for an existing residence as it does not take up much space, but still accommodates all of the desired applications of any residential elevator. Whether it is used for passengers, suitcases, pets, household items, or anything else, the PVE37 lift serves a number of functions without the consuming footprint and significant construction costs required of a traditional home elevator.
Innovative Design
The PVE37 offers in-line (same side) or 180° (opposite side) door openings with one door at each elevator landing. Standing outside of the round elevator and looking at the door, the door opens from left to right (top right hinged). The door width opening is 20 ½ inches which will accommodate a passenger with a walker.
Absolute Safety
The PVE37 is nothing short of a technological marvel! This home elevator operates with five individual turbines, but these powerful turbines only use 5 kilowatts of electricity, making the PVE37 an environmentally friendly home elevator. It runs off of a 30 amp/220 volt power supply, which is the same as most washer and dryers. If the power goes out in your home, you will not get stuck in the elevator. The safety system is designed to automatically switch to a slow descent when the power goes out, and mechanical brakes engage if the elevator ever begins to free fall.
Another great benefit of this home elevator is that there is very minimal maintenance required. The only scheduled maintenance per the ASME A17.7 certification is every five years or approximately 15,000 lifts on average. This is when the main seal needs to be replaced. There is a significant cost savings over time if you are to compare this to the regular service required for a traditional residential elevator!

Residential home elevators Fit anywhere! No Machinery necessary.
This is the largest of the three vacuum elevators, capable of carrying three people or two people if one is in a wheelchair. Even our largest lift takes up less space in your home than other traditional elevators. Like all other vacuum elevators, the PVE52 does not need a separate space for machinery or additional room above and below the lift for a pit. Since the unit has a self-supporting structure, you will not have to add a frame to your home before installing it. This means you can fit this lift anywhere in your home!
ECO-Friendly: Plug & Play Residential Elevator
Don’t forget that this vacuum elevator model won’t be costly in your electric bills. As an environmentally-friendly home elevator, the only electrical required to power it is 220V, 35 Amp, single phase service. This wheelchair-accessible residential elevator maintains all of the safety and technology features that the other PVE models have as well. Should a power outage occur, the vacuum lift safely descends to the lowest level and the mechanical door lock enables the passenger to exit, preventing passengers from getting stuck. The cabin is equipped with an LED light as well as a cabin fan that circulates the ambient air throughout the elevator car.
Wheelchair Accessible Home Elevator
The PVE52 can be set up to have between two to five stops, which means it can be used in homes up to five stories or a total of 50 feet. It has an external cylinder diameter of 52 11/16 inches. Inside the unit measures a roomy 43 1/2 inches in diameter. This provides enough space for a person in a wheelchair with an attendant or for up to three adults to stand in comfort. The cabin height is 6′ 7″, which is tall enough for provide headroom for most people. Rolling a wheelchair through the 32-inch wide entrance opening is easy to do! With same side or opposite side door offerings, the largest of the residential vacuum elevators can be configured to accommodate almost any elevator installation.
